Lanz is a communications and project management specialist with experience in international not-for-profit organisations.
Lanz was Consultant at The Asia Foundation in 2018, where she coordinated development, marketing, and administration elements of the Australia-Philippines Child Protection Against Online Sexual Abuse and Exploitation Program.
In 2016-17, Lanz worked for the Affiliated Network for Social Accountability in East Asia and the Pacific as a Research and Project Associate; Lanz created a toolkit for implementing participatory governance initiatives in local communities, co-authored a research paper on the impact of ICT tools to citizen participation initiatives, handled the administration of grant conditions, and managed conferences and events.
Prior to these appointments, Lanz was a volunteer Internal Relations Officer at AIESEC University of The Philippines (2013-14) and a Global Community Development Intern for the Magellan Project (Pecs, Hungary).
