Jennifer brings more than six years of fundraising experience in a variety of sectors. Having previously worked in higher education, healthcare, and social services, she has gained exceptional skills in strategic analysis, a talent for managing people, and a passion for making a tangible impact to a variety of organisations.

Jennifer grew up in Australia before starting her non-profit career in the United States in 2005, as a Development Associate for a Graduate School.
Jennifer holds an MBA in Global Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management, for which she was an awarded Student Campaign Ambassador with fantastic results in alumni relations and fundraising. While at Thunderbird, Jennifer served as President of the Thunderbird Emerging Markets Business Association and had the opportunity to serve in Piura, Peru as part of an economic development study kicking off a three-year relationship between the government of Piura and Thunderbird School of Global Management.
As a Consultant, Jennifer has worked with various non-profit clients in the United States, including food banks, higher education institutions, and religious organisations. Recently, she managed the participation of 15 parishes in an Archdiocese-wide fundraising campaign and provided fundraising guidance, training and support for pastors and campaign volunteers.
