ICUC. We all see the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC), and it is staying. The measured and capable leadership of the Australian charities regulator has earned the ACNC a continuing role. The Australian reports that the ACNC will continue and this is to be applauded. It is early days but already the regulator is doing a power of good – bringing some clarity to which charities still exist and are active, making founding documents accessible, and requiring a very sensible level of annual reporting. Well done all involved.
